At Pensus, we believe that your productivity data is personal and private. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the Pensus iOS application ("the App").

The short version: We do not sell your data. Your tasks, habits, and energy logs are stored on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account. We (the developers) cannot read or access your personal content.

2. Data Collection and Usage

A. Personal Content (iCloud)

The App collects the data you explicitly enter, including:

• Tasks and Projects
• Energy and Focus Logs
• Life Currency Stats

How it is used: This data is used solely to provide the App's functionality. Storage: This data is stored locally on your device and synchronized securely via Apple iCloud. It resides in your private iCloud container. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

B. Usage Data (Analytics)

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data that is not linked to your identity.

• Device Information: Device model, iOS version.
• Crash Reports: Data to help us fix bugs if the App crashes.
• Feature Usage: Anonymous counts of features used (e.g., "Timer started") to help us improve the user experience.
